Q: When is the hot tub ready to use?
A: If you are going to let the tub heat up on its own heater and not having a hot fill then In the Summer months the tubs can take between 24-30 hours to heat up and it is then ready to use.  Delivery is 1 day before at no extra cost to allow for this. In the Winter months from October to March the tubs are delivered 2 days before your date of use at no extra charge,this is to give it more time to heat up due the the cold mains water temperture.

Q: Can the Hot Tub be filled up directly from a hot water tap?
A: Yes if you have a combination boiler the tub can be filled up directly from a hot water tap. We come with all the necessary hose adaptors. Filling up from a hot water tap gives you instant use of the tub and is good if you want to surprise someone with a hot tub hire.                                                                    

Q: Can you provide the hot water?
A: Yes we can now bring enough hot water with us so you can use the tub straight away. There is an extra cost for this service.

Q: Does anybody need to be at home when you deliver the spa?
A: Yes because we need to show you how to use the hot tub, add chemicals,clean the filters and take payment.

Q: Does anybody need to be at home when you collect the tub?
A: No as long as we can get access to the tub and it is left unplugged. We can put your deposit through your letterbox.

Q: How much do the hot tubs weigh when they are full?
A: 1686kg. It is your responsibility to decide where you want to position the tub and ensure that the site will take the weight of the filled tub.

Q: How many people do the hot tubs hold?
A: 5-6 Adults.

Q: If I only have a small gate to the back garden, how will you get the spa in?
A: Our tubs completely dismantle and build back up again, so just a normal sized doorway will be more that sufficient.

Q: Do the hot tubs come with a cover?
A: Yes, they come with a thermal cover to retain the heat.

Q: How soon do we need to book to hire a hot tub?
A: Book as far in advance as possible to avoid dissapointment. We do however from time to time have tubs available at very short notice or even on the same day so please don't hesitate to call.
